Bethusile Mcinga becomes brand ambassador for Toyota Beacon Bay dealership in East London
Buffalo Toyota East London has partnered with Ngena Noah hitmaker, Metro FM Song of the year award winner, Betusile Mcinga. In recognising his music excellence and the positive role he continues to play, the company has chosen him as one of its Brand Ambassadors.
Betusile’s music has become a symbol of hope for millions of South Africans. The company strongly believes that his achievements will inspire many young aspirant musicians to continue to dream.
As part of our agreement with Betusile, Buffalo Toyota EL will present him with a new car.
Lwandy Ngebe Spokesperson of Toyota Beacon Bay says this car endorsement is to support local music icon who has done well for the province. Many artists don’t have much support from corporate SA. They want to make an impact and support local musicians in the province to keep making beautiful music.
The Dealership has changed the narrative in how corporate SA gets involved in the community and connecting with people. Toyota Beacon Bay is finding ways to get involved and motivate young people and talented creatives to follow their dreams. So many unemployed youth have given up on their dreams and have no support from corporate SA to endorse their ideas or back their talent.
The dealership aims to get involved in such initiative and help talented people across the province push their talent and reach the sky so they can achieve bigger platforms and tour the world with the talent that they are showcasing.
Toyota Beacon Bay recently assisted a pensioner driver fundraise to get a new bakkie after it was pounded by metro police due to not being roadworthy.
The old pensioner used this vehicle to transport villagers from the city back to their rural communities. This bakkie was well known amongst pedestrians hiking daily to transport them around and also carry vegetables for farmers.
Toyota Beacon Bay managed to raise funds via social media and other corporate platforms to help the pensioner buy another Bakkie to continue his transporting business in the community.
This kind of community engagement is to help build ubuntu and touch people in a humanity kind of relationship.
