Cherry Sorbet

Glass: Sling glass

Garnish: Red currant string and slices of lemon

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠100ml chilled Dilmah Tea Cherry & Almond

•⁠  ⁠40ml red grape juice

•⁠  ⁠20ml sugar syrup

•⁠  ⁠1 big scoop lemon sorbet ice cream

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.

2.⁠ ⁠Pour the grape juice and syrup into the glass.

3.⁠ ⁠Add the scoop of sorbet ice cream.

4.⁠ ⁠Pour the tea over the ice cream in the glass.

Citrus Circus

Glass: Sling glass

Garnish: Lemon spiral and lime wedge

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠100ml chilled Dilmah Tea Lemon & Lime

•⁠  ⁠20ml sugar syrup

•⁠  ⁠“The Bitter Truth” Orange bitters

•⁠  ⁠Ginger beer

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Fill the glass with thin slices of lemon, lime and orange.

2.⁠ ⁠Add the tea, syrup and bitters, stir.

3.⁠ ⁠Top up with ginger beer.

Glass: Sling glass

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠100ml fresh brewed Dilmah Tea Ginger & Honey

•⁠  ⁠40ml blackcurrant fresh fruit puree

•⁠  ⁠15ml Monin Elderflower syrup

•⁠  ⁠Thin lime slices

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Pour the puree and syrup into the glass.

2.⁠ ⁠Fill the glass with ice cubes and lime slices.

3.⁠ ⁠Fill up with tea.

Glass: Large highball glass

Garnish: String of red currants

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠120ml chilled Dilmah Tea Peach & Lychee

•⁠  ⁠15ml sugar syrup

•⁠  ⁠4 scoops stracciatella ice cream

•⁠  ⁠Soda

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Pour the tea and syrup into the glass and stir.

2.⁠ ⁠Add scoops of ice cream.

3.⁠ ⁠Top up with soda.

Glass: Martini glass

Garnish: Cinnamon stick and slice of apple

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠70ml chilled Dilmah Tea Apple, Cinnamon and Vanilla

•⁠  ⁠20ml apple juice (biological)

•⁠  ⁠10ml fresh lemon juice

•⁠  ⁠15ml sugar syrup

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

2.⁠ ⁠Using a strainer, strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.

Orange Queen

Glass: Large balloon glass

Garnish: Slice of ginger and orange spiral

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠150ml Dilmah Tea Orange & Ginger

•⁠  ⁠50ml apricot juice

•⁠  ⁠20ml Monin honey syrup

•⁠  ⁠10ml fresh lemon juice

•⁠  ⁠Slices of ginger and orange

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Fill the glass with crushed ice and ginger/orange slices.

2.⁠ ⁠Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Glass: Coupe glass

Garnish: Slice of strawberry, slice of mango and chocolate flakes

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠80ml fresh brewed Dilmah Tea Mango & Strawberry

•⁠  ⁠1 large scoop white chocolate ice cream

•⁠  ⁠20ml Monin Noisette syrup

Method:

1.⁠ ⁠Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

2.⁠ ⁠Using a strainer, strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
