Cape Town Set to Shine with World-Class Route at the 2026 Absa RUN YOUR CITY 10K

Celebrating its 11th anniversary this Mother’s Day, Sunday, 10 May 2026, the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K has firmly established itself as a standout on South Africa’s running calendar, offering participants a world-class mass-participation experience in the heart of the Mother City.

Famed for its scenic coastal and city-centre route, the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K combines world-class racing with lively on-route entertainment. From start to finish, runners are energized by high-impact activations, engaging performances, and cheering spectators, all while taking in breathtaking views of Table Mountain, and Cape Town’s iconic landmarks.
