The first Gauteng PEP mini Netball Festivals to get underway this weekend
Following a highly successful launch of the inaugural PEP mini Netball Festivals, the second edition gets underway this week as Edleen Primary School in Kempton Park plays host to the first PEP mini Netball Festival in Gauteng.
A first of its kind in the history of South African schools netball, the PEP mini Netball Festivals will be a fun-filled day of school’s netball, overseen by highly experienced South Africa Schools Netball coaches who will be hard at work in laying the crucial foundation skills of the sport to girls between the ages of 8 and 10.
In addition to the fun-filled netball activities, PEP will be introducing fun and educational activities geared at enhancing the Netball experience for the girls. These include educational sessions and motivational talks uniquely designed to nurture and develop girls into more confident and better versions of themselves.
Last week, the Western Cape hosted the first edition of the PEP mini Netball Festival. Gauteng gets underway this week, while Free State is also preparing to host the festival.
